IT IS HEREBY ORDERED granting in part Defendant's Motion to Extend Deadline for Defendant to Submit Objections to Plaintiff's Deposition Designations (Doc. 118). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the deadline for filing the proposed pretrial order is extended to Wednesday, December 17, 2008.
