It is expected that excludable delay under Title 18, United States Code, §3161(h)(1)(F) will occur as a result of this motion or an order based thereon. Defendant, SERGIO CUEVAS-GONZALES, by and through counsel undersigned, hereby requests a sixty (60) day continuance of Trial Date scheduled for December 11, 2007 at 9:30 a.m. and the Plea Deadline scheduled for November 23, 2007 at 3:00 p.m. The reason for this continuance is additional time is required to adequately prepare for trial. Assistant U.S. Attorney, Liza Granoff, has no objection to the requested continuance. It is therefore requested that this Court continue the trial date and the plea deadline for not less than sixty (60) days from the present set dates.
