Woolridge, Assistant United States Attorney, hereby submits the following response to the revised Presentence Report, dated November 26, 2007, which was issued in reference to defendant Olmedo Ospina-Puerta in the above-captioned case. Having reviewed the findings and recommendation in the report, the government has no objection to the guideline calculations listed therein. The guideline calculations in the revised report correctly reflect the amended plea agreement entered into by the parties in this matter, and the government respectfully requests that this Court sentence the defendant in accordance with that agreement.
