FURTHER ORDERED that Pla's pending 196 Motion to Compel Reimbursement of Attys' Fees and Expenses Associated with Suspended Rule 30(b)(6) Deposition and Dfts' 210 Cross-Motion for Sanctions are hereby withdrawn.
