Morgal, 19 filed a “Notice to the Court” (Doc. 148), advising that the 20 Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals awarded him costs in the amount 21 of $19.80. Evidently, despite “numerous” requests, the 22 defendant has yet to remit that amount to plaintiff. 23 (Doc. 148) at 1. See Not. Plaintiff also seeks interest on that amount 24 pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1961.
