COMES NOW the Defendant, Christopher T. Williams , by and through undersigned counsel, and submits the following Memorandum regarding the Supervised Release Disposition Report for the Court's consideration. Memorandum On or about June 7, 2007, undersigned counsel received a copy of the Supervised Release Disposition Report (here in after " report" ) via fax. The report states on page three, under the Unsatisfied Special Conditions section, that " the Court imposed a 180 day period of placement at a community corrections center" and that the Defendant " has a balance of 180 days to sati sfy this obligation. "

A review of the record reflects that the Court, on February 2, 2007, issued an order that stated, " Christopher Williams shall reside at and participate in a residential re -entry center, under the community corrections component, and shall follow the rules of the program, as approved by the Probation Officer , for a period not to exceed 180 days or until discharged by the program director, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. 3563(b)(11)." See Waiver and Order (Document Number 25) (Emphasis Added).
