Plaintiff, the United States of America, by its attorneys, DANIEL G. KNAUSS United States Attorney for the District of Arizona and MONTE C. CLAUSEN, Assistant United States Attorney, respectfully moves this Court for a continuance of two weeks on the sentencing presently set for October 22, 2007 at 8:50 a.m. in the above-captioned because counsel for the government will be out of Tucson from October 22, 2007 through October 25, 2007 and on November 1, and 2, 2007. Defense counsel has no objection to this request for a continuance. ///
