IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT DISTRICT OF ARIZONA United States of America, Plaintiff, vs. Guadalupe Lopez-Ibarra, Defendant. Defendant, Guadalupe Lopez-Ibarra, respectfully requests that this Court expedite his sentencing hearing by one week. The current sentencing date is December 14, 2009. The reason for this request is to avoid Mr. Lopez-Ibarra spending more time in custody than is necessary. Undersigned counsel anticipates that the guideline range for imprisonment in Mr. Lopez-Ibarra's case will be 0 to 6 months and counsel will request that he be sentenced to time served.
