Defendants' presence are waived for this status conference. The Court is in receipt of [71] Defendants' Motion to Continue Trial and Motion to Extend Deadline to File Pretrial Motions. Same discussed by Court and counsel. Defense counsel advises the Court that he has approximately 35 additional pages of discovery to review. Government having no objection, the Court grants in part and denies in part Defendants' Motion to Continue Trial and Motion to Extend Deadline to File Pretrial Motions as to both defendants pending trial. As to motion to continue trial, the Court grants the motion to continue trial from June 5, 2007 to July 26, 2007 at 9:00 a.m. (Estimated length of trial: 4 days). All time is excluded from 6/6/07 through 7/26/07 (50 days). As to the motion to extend deadline to file pretrial motions, this being the fourth trial setting, the Court denies the motion. If counsel wishes to file a motion, he must obtain leave of Court to do so by filing a motion for leave of court setting forth the motion he wishes to file and the reasons justifying its filing. The Court shall then enter a ruling on counsel's request. Order to follow. Final Pretrial Conference shall be set by separate order. Time in Court: 10 minutes
