ORDER AND DEFAULT JUDGMENT that Plaintiff Guenter Stetter's 175 motion for entry of default judgment is granted. Default judgment is entered in favor of Plaintiff and against Defendant Blackpool, LLC in the amount of $350,000.00, plus interest at the applicable legal rate until the judgement is satisfied.
