ORDER AND OPINION granting in part and denying in part 88 Motion to Dismiss. For the foregoing reasons, I-Flow's motion at docket 88 is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. It is GRANTED to the extent it seeks to dismiss plaintiffs' breach of implied warranty, breach of express warranty, and consumer fraud claims, and those claims are DISMISSED.
