ORDER - Defendants' motion to dismiss pending arbitration (Doc. 148) is granted. Plaintiff and Defendants Gautam and Anjana Samadder and John and Latha Johnson are directed to comply with the mediation and arbitration provisions set forth in the relevant franchise agreement.
