The Poole Defendants never filed a response to the Motion for Attorneys’ Fees.

Pursuant to Local Rule of Civil Procedure 7.2(i), the Court deems the Poole Defendants’

failure to respond as consent to granting the Motion for Attorneys’ Fees.
