ORDER

Defendant filed a motion for attorney's fees in the amount of $26,030. Doc. 49. Plaintiff subsequently appealed this Court's judgment. Doc. 52. Because the case has been appealed, Defendant's motion is denied without prejudice. The parties may again address attorney's fees after the appeal has been resolved. IT IS ORDERED that Defendant's motion for attorney fees (Doc. 49) is denied without prejudice. DATED this 7th day of March, 2011.
