IT IS FURTHER ORDERED pursu ant to this Stipulation of Dismissal, Plaintiffs Casey Corbin, Christopher Flournoy, Benny Henriksen and Alan Reeser no longer have any further claims in this action and are therefore stricken from the caption of this case.
