Defendant has filed a pleading entitled Answer and Motion to Convert Plaintiff's TRO in a Temporary Injunction (Doc. 15, 16). Though in part titled a motion, it does not comply with the rules of this Court concerning motions. LRCiv 7.2. The Court takes the document as an answer to Plaintiff's complaint. If Defendant wishes to file a counterclaim against Plaintiff, he must comply with Fed. R. Civ. P. 13 and other applicable procedures. IT IS ORDERED that Defendant's Motion to Convert Plaintiff's TRO in a Temporary Injunction (Doc. 15, 16) is denied without prejudice to seeking a proper motion supported by a proper complaint or counterclaim.
