The parties are therefore ORDERED to appear before Judge John W. Sedwick for a status conference on Tuesday, November 23, 2010, at 1:30 p.m., in Courtroom 504, Sandra Day O'Connor U.S. Courthouse, 401 W. Washington St., Phoenix, Arizona. As the Court previously explained, out-of-town parties such as Defendant Richeson may appear telephonically, and should contact the courtroom deputy, Nicholas Sommers, at 602-322-7230 or Nicholas_Sommers@azd.uscourts.gov to arrange such an appearance, if desired. The parties shall be prepared to discuss the following issues at the status conference: (1) The relationship between Documents 45 and 46. (3) The effect of Documents 45 and 46 on the outstanding motions for sanctions and contempt (see Docs. 26, 27, 38). (4) Whether the terms of Jaburg & Wilk's settlement with Richeson address the costs that Richeson has now moved to recover (see Doc. 51). (5) The nature of the claims against Richeson if Jaburg & Wilk is no longer a party to the action. (6) Richeson's request that this Court permit filing of exchanged discovery requests (see Doc. 50).
