It is further ordered that Defendant BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP's 17 Motion to Dismiss (joined by Real Time Resolutions, Inc) is granted; th at Plaintiffs may file a motion to amend their complaint and separately lodge a proposed amended complaint by 02/17/11. The Clerk is directed to enter judgment dismissing this case and to terminate this case without further order if Plaintiffs do not file a motion to amend and lodge a proposed amended complaint by 02/17/11.
