ORDER granting 3 Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis; granting 5 Plaintiff's Motion to Investigate; denying as moot 6 Plaintiff's Motion for Discovery. The Complaint (Doc. 1) is dismissed for failure to stat e a claim pursuant to 28:1915A(b)(1), and the Clerk of Court must enter judgment accordingly. The Clerk of Court must make an entry on the docket stating that the dismissal for failure to state a claim may count as a strike under 28:1915(g). The docket shall reflect that the Court certifies, pursuant to 28:1915(a)(3) and Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure 24(a)(3)(A), that any appeal of this decision would not be taken in good faith.
