ORDER - This action is dismissed without prejudice pursuant to Rule 41(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure for failure to comply with the Court's January 3, 2011 Order. The Clerk of the Court shall enter judgment accordingly and close this case. Plaintiff's Motion for Filing of Search Warrant Affidavit (Doc. 4) is denied as moot.
