Voss entered a Report and Recommendation 17 (“R&R”) that the motion be granted (Doc. 21). No objection has been filed, which 18 relieves the Court of its obligation to review the R&R. See 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1); Fed. 19 R. Civ. P. 72(b)(3); United States v. Reyna-Tapia, 328 F.3d 1114, 1121 (9th Cir. 2003). 20 The Court will accept the R&R and grant the motion to dismiss. 21 IT IS ORDERED: 22 1. The Magistrate Judge’s R&R (Doc. 21) is accepted. 23 2.
