Illegal search and seizure. Probable cause"; and 2) "Violation of 19 Amendment VI [r]ight. To be confronted with the witnesses against him." On December 11, 20 2011, Respondents filed their Response to Petitioner’s Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus. 21 No reply was filed. On April 27, 2012, the Magistrate Judge issued her Report and 22 Recommendation recommending that the petition be denied and dismissed with prejudice. 23 In her Report and Recommendation the Magistrate Judge advised the parties that they 24 had 14 days from the date of service of a copy of the Report and Recommendation within 25 which to file specific written objections with the Court. The time to file such objections has 26 expired and no objections to the Report and Recommendation have been filed. 27 28 1 2 3 4 5 6 The Court finds itself in agreement with the Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge. IT IS ORDERED adopting the Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge as the order of this Court.
