Plaintiffs plan on calling numerous in-custody class members as witnesses. Given
16
existing limitations on the number of individuals in courtrooms, and the availability of
17
videoconferencing, in-custody witnesses will not appear in-person. However, the Court
18
has limited videoconferencing technology. To ensure the technology is available for the
19
in-custody witnesses to testify, the parties will be required to confer and file a statement
20
providing information regarding those witnesses.

22
Finally, Plaintiffs will be required to file a reply in support of their Motion to
Enforce. (Doc. 4048).
