Petitioner has not paid the $5.00 filing fee or filed an 19 Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis. 20 I. Copies 12 Because Petitioner is currently confined in ASPC-Eyman and this case is subject to 13 General Order 12-25, Petitioner is not required to submit an additional copy of every filing 14 for use by the Court, as would ordinarily be required by Local Rule of Civil Procedure 5.4. 15 If Petitioner is transferred to a prison other than ASPC-Eyman, he will be notified of the 16 requirements regarding copies for the Court that are required for inmates whose cases are not 17 subject to General Order 12-25 18 C. Possible Dismissal 19 If Petitioner fails to timely comply with every provision of this Order, including these 20 warnings, the Court may dismiss this action without further notice. See Ferdik v.
