IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant Alan Everett's Motion to Set Aside Default (Doc. 19 ) is granted. IT IS FURTHER RDERED that Defen dant Alan Everett's Motion to Dismiss (Doc. 33 ) is granted. Defendant Alan Everett is dismissed from this case with prejudice. IT IS FINALLY ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall dismiss Defendant Jerry Oliver Sr. from this case with prejudice.
