ORDER that Defendant Lorona's and the law firm of Lorona, Ducar, & Stainer's Motion to Dismiss (Doc. 13 ) is granted. Plaintiff may file an amended complaint against Defendant Lorona within twenty-one (21) days from the date of this order; if Plaintiff fails to file an amended complaint within this deadline, the Clerk of the Court shall enter judgment, dismissing this case with prejudice.
