The Court assumes that Plaintiff 17 seeks IFP status on appeal. The Court will deny Plaintiff’s IFP application without prejudice 18 for submitting the improper form and failure to comply with Rule 24(a)(1) of the Federal 19 Rules of Appellate Procedure. 20 Accordingly, 21 IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff’s Application to Proceed in forma pauperis in District 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 Court (Doc. 30) is DENIED without prejudice.
