On January 16, 2014, Petitioner filed a Motion to Dismiss 17 as Moot advising the Court that Petitioner was removed to Guatemala. 18 The Magistrate Judge filed her Report and Recommendation on January 16, 2014 19 recommending that Petitioner’s Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus be dismissed as moot 20 and without prejudice and that Petitioner’s Motion to Dismiss be denied as moot. 21 In her Report and Recommendation the Magistrate Judge advised the parties that 22 they had 14 days from the date of service of a copy of the Report and Recommendation 23 within which to file specific written objections with the Court. The time to file such 24 objections has expired and no objections to the Report and Recommendation have been 25 filed.
