Therefore, Plaintiff is 23 entitled under the Equal Access to Justice Act, 28 U.S.C. § 2412, to her reasonable 24 attorney’s fees and costs incurred. 25 For good cause shown, 26 IT IS ORDERED granting Plaintiff’s Application for Attorney Fees under the 27 28 Equal Access to Justice Act (Doc. 48). 1 2 3 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED awarding Plaintiff her reasonable attorney’s fees in the amount of $20,829.37, plus travel costs of $617.00.
