Conrad has filed a Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus 16 pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254 alleging that his trial counsel provided ineffective 17 assistance of counsel, and that his Fourth Amendment rights were violated. (Doc. 1.) 18 Additionally, he has alleged that the trial court should not have allowed his first trial 19 counsel to withdraw, and that the trial court committed error when the court allowed 20 certain exhibits into evidence during the trial. (Doc. 1.) 21 Duncan, United States Magistrate Judge, has issued a Report and Recommendation 22 (“R&R”) (Doc. 19), which recommends that this Court deny the Petition and dismiss the 23 Petition with prejudice. Petitioner timely objected to the R&R (Doc. 20). The Honorable David K. 24 The Court has undertaken an extensive review of the issues presented in the 25 objections. (Doc. 20.) Upon that review, the Court concludes that Magistrate Judge 26 Duncan’s recommendations are wholly supported. The Court adopts in whole Judge 27 Duncan’s R&R and the underlying reasoning.
