ORDER: IT IS ORDERED reversing the decision of the Commissioner of Social Security and remanding the case to the Commissioner for further administrative proceedings pursuant to sentence four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g). The ALJ shall issue a new de cision that is consistent with the applicable law as set forth in this Order. The ALJ, however, is not precluded from reopening the hearing to receive additional evidence if deemed appropriate. The Clerk of Court is directed to enter judgment accordingly.
