Movant has not filed a 22 response to either motion. 23 24 25 26 The Magistrate Judge filed her Report and Recommendation on January 30, 2017 recommending that Respondent’s Motion to Dismiss be denied and the Motion to Extend Time be granted. In the Report and Recommendation, the Magistrate Judge advised the 27 28 parties that they had fourteen days from the date of service of a copy of the Report and 1 2 Recommendation within which to file specific written objections with the Court. The time to file such objections has expired and no objections to the Report and 3 4 5 6 Recommendation have been filed.
