IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendant’s Motion for Protective Order Striking

Certain Documents in the Record and Requiring Plaintiff to Return Documents (Doc. 93)

is granted striking the Lexington Documents filed of record (Doc. 88, pp. 88-136).

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that within fifteen (15) days of receipt of this Order

Plaintiff is to return to the Court, or to Defendant PHS by way of its counsel, all original
