Certain Documents in the Record and Requiring Plaintiff to Return Documents (Doc. 93)

is granted striking the Lexington Documents filed of record (Doc. 88, pp. 88-136).

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that within fifteen (15) days of receipt of this Order
