Plaintiff-Intervenors provide this notice of pending motions and their briefing status pursuant to the Court's June 25, 2010 Order in Roberto Javier Frisancho v. Jan Brewer et al., CV 10-926-PHX-SRB. Plaintiff-Intervenors have three pending motions before the Court. On June 11, 2010, they filed a Motion to Intervene, accompanied by their Complaint in Intervention. Today, June 29, 2010, they have filed a Motion For Leave to File Their Motion For Preliminary Injunction In Support of Their Complaint and To Exceed the Page Limitation. Accompanying the latter is their Proposed Motion for Preliminary Injunction. The Court has neither ruled on nor established a briefing schedule on these motions.

A related pleading filed on June 28, 2010, is Governor Brewer's Response to the Cities of Flagstaff, Tolleson, San Luis and Somerton's Motion to Intervene, in which Governor Brewer asks that intervention be denied.
