On May 11, 2017, Magistrate Judge Ferraro issued a Report and Recommendation

recommending the denial and dismissal of the Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus. Pursuant

to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b), any party may file written objections within fourteen (14) days of

service of a Report and Recommendation. Neither party filed written objections to Magistrate
18
Judge Ferraro’s Report and Recommendation within the fourteen (14) days allotted by
19
statute.
