The Court having reviewed the status report filed by Plaintiff’s counsel, dated

February 13, 2019, it appears that the case management schedule1 needs to be reviewed by

the Court.
IT IS ORDERED that, pursuant to Rule 16, Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, a

parties shall determine how to handle the disclosure or discovery of electronically stored

information. The parties shall make any agreements as to how to handle claims of privilege

or claims of protection for trial-preparation materials asserted after production;

The Court notes that the original deadline for completing discovery, July 16, 2016,
expired without an extension. Plaintiff was appointed counsel on January 9, 2018,
subsequent to Defendants filing a timely dispositive motion after discovery had closed, but
with discovery requests pending by the Plaintiff. Upon appointing counsel, the Court
denied both without prejudice.
