It is further Ordered that the Motion to Seal/Strike (Doc. 82 ) is DENIED, except it is GRANTED IN PART as to Plaintiff's request that the Clerk of the Court shall file UNDER SEAL the exhibits attached to the Defendants' Response to the Plaintiff's Emergency Motion (Doc. 75 -1).
