ORDER directing the Clerk to change the style of the case to reflect the correct name of deft Thomas Inman and to prepare summons for the US Marshal to serve upon deft at his last known address, which is filed under seal in the Clerk's Office, a long with a copy of the complaint, amended complaint and this order. ORDE R Plaintiff, an inmate at the McPherson Unit of the Arkansas Department of Correction ("ADC"), filed a pro se complaint (docket entry #2), pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, on May 27, 2008, an amended complaint on June 10, 2008 (docket entry #5), and service was ordered. On June 23, 2008, the summons was returned unexecuted as to Defendant Inman. A memo accompanying the return, and filed under seal, indicated that Defendant Inman's first name is Thomas, and that Inman no longer works at the ADC. That memo also provided Inman's last known address. Accordingly, service will be attempted at that address.1 IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED THAT: 1.
