ORDER re 119 Jury Verdict. MNA's motion for judgment as a matter of law is granted. The Court will enter judgment for the railroad, notwithstanding the jury's verdict, for $ 268,233.29--100% of the agreement amount covering the settlement paid to Leal and attorneys fees and expenses incurred in the FELA case.
