Cody v. Wiesenbach et al
ORDER dismissing Plaintiff's complaint without prejudice. The Court certifies that an in forma pauperis appeal from this Order and the related Judgment would not be taken in good faith. If Cody wishes to pursue this case, he must submit the $400.00 filing fee and file a motion to reopen the case by 21 July 2014. The Court directs the Clerk to change the style of the case to reflect Cody's correct ADC number of 145160. Signed by Judge D. P. Marshall Jr. on 6/19/2014. (jak)
