proposed findings and recommendations, the Court adopts them in their entirety. Accordingly,
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that
Plaintiff’s retaliation, disciplinary, and grievance claims are DISMISSED without
Defendants Baker, Banister, Faust, Banks, Evans, Naylor, Lawrence, and Griffin, are
DISMISSED without prejudice.
