proposed findings and recommendations, the Court adopts them in their entirety. Accordingly,
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that:

Defendant’s Motion for Sanctions (Doc. No. 91) be GRANTED.

3.

Plaintiff’s Complaint be DISMISSED without prejudice.
