ORDER
The recommended disposition (“RD”) submitted by United States Magistrate Judge
Beth Deere and plaintiff Chandra Lyons’s objections thereto have been reviewed. After
careful review of these documents and a de novo review of the record, the RD is hereby
adopted in all respects.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that:

Lyons’s complaint [Doc. No. 1] is dismissed without prejudice for failure to
comply with court order.

It is certified that an in forma pauperis appeal from this order and the
accompanying judgment would not be taken in good faith. See 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3).
