After reviewing the record, the PRD is adopted. Accordingly, the motion for summary judgment filed by defendants Amanda Davis and Linda Hunt [Doc. No. 59] is granted, and plaintiff Fred Edgin’s claims against Davis and Hunt are dismissed without prejudice.
