careful consideration, the Court approves and adopts the Proposed Findings and Recommended
Disposition in their entirety.
Accordingly, Plaintiff’s motion to voluntarily dismiss complaint (Doc. No. 21) is
GRANTED, and the complaint is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE An in forma pauperis
