proposed findings and recommendations, the Court adopts them in their entirety. Accordingly,
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that Plaintiff’s Motion for Reconsideration, which
this Court construes as a Motion for Relief from Judgment (Doc. No. 46) is DENIED.
