Ordered and Adjudged that this case be, and it is hereby, DISMISSED without prejudice as to
Plaintiff’s claims against Defendants CMS and Granger, and DISMISSED with prejudice as to his
claims against Defendant Jones-Burnell. The relief sought is denied.
