After carefully considering the proposed findings and recommended disposition and making a de novo review of the record, it is concluded that the proposed findings and recommended disposition should be, and hereby are, approved and adopted in their entirety in all respects. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that: 1. Plaintiff's complaint [Doc. No. 2] is DISMISSED, WITH PREJUDICE, for PLAINTIFF RODNEY FORD, Lieutenant, East Arkansas Regional Unit et al. failing to state a claim upon which relief may be granted. 2. 2. This dismissal shall count as a "strike," as defined by 28 U.S.C. § 1915(g).
