ORDER granting 117 Motion in Limine as agreed with the caveats stated on the record at the pretrial conference. The defendants' 119 Motion in Limine is granted on all points except for the areas of agreement noted in defendants' rep ly. Evans's unopposed oral motion for a continuance is denied. The Court directs the parties to coordinate to allow Plaintiff Evans to interview the defendants informally.
