IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that: 1. Defendants’ motion for summary judgment is GRANTED. Document #24. 2. The complaint is DISMISSED without prejudice for failure to exhaust administrative remedies. Document #1. 3. All pending motions are denied as moot. 4. The Court certifies, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3), that an in forma pauperis appeal from this Order and the accompanying judgment would not be taken in good faith.
